We realize that often the relationship between the insured, insurer and an insurer’s underwriters is a complex one, and we are able to assist insurers in evaluating claims, as well as in assisting clients in their claims procedure including complaints to the Insurance Ombudsman in instances where an insurer has repudiated a claim.
